Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their office in Leeds.
Main purpose of the role:
- Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
- Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness
- Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
- Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
- Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
- Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
- Evaluating risk. Ensuring policies and procedures are updated to reflect a secure and tested recovery and backup processes.
- Manage and maintain CE+
- Second-line support for hardware/OS/Office/PMS/DD/Forms/Adobe/Telecoms/Printing.
- Management of the Azure domain and Microsoft 365
- The design and upkeep of reports including (But not exclusively) MS audit logs, Excel pivot table (SQL), Power BI.
- The upkeep of the electronic forms database.
- Creating and maintaining workflows, documents and forms within our PMS system.
- Planning telephone workflows and provisioning telephones.
- Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and ensuring that systems are cost-effective.
- Planning a 3,4 and 5-year procurement system for endpoint devices across the network.
- Maintaining contacts, suppliers and contracts.
- Manage, audit and deliver training systems across the firm for PMS/AML & Cyber Security.
- Working closely with the Office Manager to provide user statistics where required.
- Review and update IT-related policies and procedures to reflect the needs of the firm and legal requirements.
- Maintain a hardware, software and license audit for the domain
