SALARY: £50,000 per annum

HOURS: Full Time - 40 hours per week, based at Daylesford Farm

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to join Bamford Collection and help drive a seamless technology experience across our hospitality, retail and head office teams. This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business, where you'll work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure our technology services support day-to-day operations and future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as the key point of contact for our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP), overseeing service delivery, driving high operational standards and ensuring technology solutions remain aligned with business priorities.
  • Alongside managing escalations and resolving complex issues, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen security and reduce technology risk across the organisation.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on IT professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, supporting change initiatives and helping to deliver technology solutions that enable Bamford Collection's continued growth and success.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in an IT management, technical services or senior infrastructure/support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, modern workplace technologies and IT service delivery
  • A solid understanding of networking, endpoint management, identity and access management, and cyber security best practices
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and outsourced service providers
  • A track record of delivering IT improvements and technology change within a business environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation
  • Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
