About The Role

We're looking for an IT Manager to own the day-to-day IT that keeps the company running smoothly and securely as we grow. This covers our people's devices, the office network, the tools everyone uses, and the support they rely on. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving practical problems and making everyday IT work well, reporting into the CIO and based in London.

A big part of the job is security in a practical, operational sense. You'll keep devices patched and well configured, control who has access to what, bring order to the software and accounts that build up as a company grows, and make joining and leaving smooth and secure. You'll operate the controls and standards that the security team sets, and you'll be the person who makes them real in day-to-day work.

You'll work across the whole company, so you'll need to balance keeping people productive with keeping them secure, and be comfortable being the go-to person for anything IT.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own endpoint security in practice, including device configuration, patching, controlling local admin rights, and reducing unmanaged software
  • Look after workplace and network security, including the office network and keeping guest and corporate access properly separated
  • Run identity operations day to day, including provisioning, joiner, mover and leaver changes, and regular access reviews
  • Manage software and licensing across the company, and bring order to tools that have crept in without oversight
  • Manage 3rd party vendors such as internet suppliers
  • Look after the office network, devices and everyday hardware
  • Run the IT helpdesk and make sure people get quick, helpful support
  • Make joining and leaving the company a smooth, well-run experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
