IT Manager

As our business continues its rapid international expansion, we're seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations across Europe and the UAE.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious IT professional who enjoys combining hands-on leadership with strategic planning. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our technology infrastructure supports business growth while delivering secure, reliable and scalable solutions across multiple regions.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help define IT strategy, manage third-party vendors and drive initiatives that improve user experience, cybersecurity and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing IT operations across Europe and the UAE.
  • Developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps.
  • Managing service providers and vendor relationships.
  • Overseeing cyber security, infrastructure and business systems.
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
  • Leading regional IT projects and technology improvements.
  • Managing budgets, resources and support teams.

Essential Skills

  • Significant IT management experience within a multi-site organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies and infrastructure.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers.
  • Understanding of cyber security best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
