Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable IT Manager to join Lowry’s IT Team at a very exciting time. The individual will lead and manage Lowry’s IT support service, ensuring the effective operation, support and continuous improvement of systems, applications, infrastructure and user support. There is a huge variety to this role including providing hands-on support to all areas of the organisation from technology used across office, theatre, visitor-facing and operational environments such as laptops, tills, EPOS systems, printers, venue WI-Fi, server and storage platforms as well as printers and payment devices. Key responsibilities in the role will also entail providing technical leadership to the IT team, supporting individual and project development along with improving service standards across Lowry.
