HYROX

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.

As our IT Merchandise Systems Admin (d/w/m)

You will design, build, and optimize the full technical ecosystem supporting our global merchandising and event operations. You will be the architect behind seamless integrations between ERP systems, sales platforms, and specialized hardware like RFID and POS systems. Based in Hamburg or London, this role is a unique hybrid of software development, systems integration, and hands-on hardware configuration in a fast-paced international environment. This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on building scalable infrastructure and driving innovation to elevate event retail to the next level.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Systems Integration & Development: Design and build APIs and middleware to connect ERP systems, sales platforms, and shipment control apps. You will also develop automated tech pack systems and a centralized artwork management platform.
  • POS & On-Site Infrastructure: Configure POS hardware (terminals, scanners, printers) and design the global network architecture required for stable on-site connectivity.
  • RFID Optimization: Lead the configuration of RFID stock control projects to ensure real-time inventory accuracy across warehouses and event environments.
  • Platform Management: Build and maintain B2B ordering platforms for affiliate gyms and automated kit allocation systems for staff and volunteers.
  • R&D & Innovation: Lead technical research to identify automation opportunities and evaluate new technologies that support global scalability.
  • Live Operations: Develop real-time sales dashboards and provide technical support to on-site teams during race weekends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
