Purpose of the Role

Join Bentley's Information Technology team as the IT Networks Product Manager, where you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise network services. You will be responsible for defining strategic priorities, managing investment decisions, and overseeing the delivery and performance of network services across the organisation. • Define costed roadmaps, manage product retirement and replacement activities, and ensure services meet agreed availability, performance, and security targets
  • Drive continual service improvement, support major incident and problem management, maintain resilience and disaster recovery capabilities, and ensure third-party partners deliver against SLAs and KPIs
  • Act as the primary business contact for networking services, engaging stakeholders to understand current and future requirements
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and investment proposals to senior stakeholders, supporting governance forums, architecture reviews, and investment decisions
  • Manage relationships with network service providers and technology vendors, leading contract reviews, renewals, and commercial negotiations while monitoring supplier performance
  • Ensure network services comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, partnering with Cyber Security teams to address vulnerabilities, support audits, and maintain secure network designs
  • Lead the delivery of network transformation initiatives, reviewing solution designs, coordinating infrastructure changes, and ensuring a seamless transition into operational support

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
