As we grow our London office, we are looking for the brightest in IT Support to help us further improve and scale our environment. Our IT Operations Engineers help us to move at a higher pace and quality each day!
Your Core Responsibilities
Your support is key to the success of our traders, engineers and all other teams. From desktop support to configuring and automating our systems. You remove blockades for everyone by implementing, supporting and maintaining servers, networks and all user devices. You act autonomously and take responsibility for providing a top-notch IT environment that is tackling all possible issues while ready to scale. You will also be able to learn and grow in this role whilst collaborating closely with a variety of Engineers within IMC. Your responsibilities will include:

- First to third line Support to our users.
- Support physical and virtual desktop environment, infrastructure components (like O365, AD, Email, MDM, Audio and Visual Communication systems).
- Deploy enterprise updates for Windows and macOS. Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software (including servers, desktop and printers).
- Troubleshoot, escalate and document computer network issues.
- Assist in-house Facilities Management with the execution of desk and physical equipment moves.
- Everything else that is necessary to keep us moving!
Your Skills And Experience
- A degree (BSc or above) in a technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in a similar environment such as a bank (trading floor), brokerage or trading firm
- Knowledge of Windows and ideally also Mac Operating System.
- Some Linux experience preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems creatively and proactively.
- Have a desire to learn new skills and evolve as IMC introduces new technologies to the environment.
- Willing to get involved on physical tasks such as desk moves and room setups.
- Confident in written and spoken English communication
