🚀 Hiring: Enterprise IT Operations Experts | AI Evaluation Project
We are looking for experienced Enterprise IT Operations / IT Service Management professionals to support a short-term AI evaluation project for a global client.
đź“Ś Role: Enterprise IT Operations Expert
🌍 Location: Open globally — candidates must have hands-on experience in internal IT at a UK company
🔹 What You'll Do
You will review a foundation document describing the internal IT function of a fictional software company and assess whether it could realistically operate within a UK enterprise environment.
Your work will include:
- Identifying IT operations gaps, errors, and unrealistic arrangements
- Reviewing service desk and end-user IT processes
- Assessing identity and access management practices
- Evaluating ITSM processes such as incidents, requests, and standard changes
- Reviewing SaaS administration and workplace IT processes
- Providing practical, real-world recommendations
- Discussing your findings during a 30–60 minute call

âś… Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise IT operations experience
- At least 2 years leading or designing service desk / end-user IT processes
- Hands-on internal IT experience within the last 3 years
- Experience supporting organizations of approximately 500–5,000 employees
- Experience in a UK company/environment
- Strong written English (C1+)
- Experience designing or owning internal IT services, not just ticket execution

- MFA, access management & group-based licensing
- Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes
- Privileged/temporary access & access reviews
- Jira Service Management / ServiceNow
- ITIL / incident / change management
- SaaS administration — Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, Figma, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace
- Intune / Jamf Pro
- IT asset & license management
- Okta
- Google Workspace → Microsoft 365 migration
