A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring an IT Operations Analyst to support a fast-paced trading floor, keep critical systems running smoothly, and drive automation across IT operations. You'll be the face of technology for traders and business users - hands-on with desktop support, core IT services, and day-to-day operational improvements.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and IT support across Windows & Linux environments
- Support trading floor technology, meeting rooms, and end-user systems
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Manage Active Directory, user onboarding/offboarding, and SaaS platforms
- Partner with Infrastructure teams to improve tooling and user experience

What They're Looking For:
- 1–4 years' experience in IT Operations / Desktop Support
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Linux support experience
- Active Directory, Entra ID & Microsoft 365 administration
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting with an automation-first mindset
