🚀 IT Operations Specialist
🤖 Client: Leading Quant Trading Firm
💰 Salary: Around £90,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
📍 Location: London (Hybrid)
A leading quantitative trading firm is looking for an IT Operations Analyst to support a fast-paced trading floor, ensuring critical systems run smoothly while driving automation across IT operations.
You'll be the face of technology for traders and business users, providing hands-on desktop support, managing core IT services, and improving day-to-day operations.

🔧 Key responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and IT support across Windows & Linux environments
- Support trading floor technology, meeting rooms, and end-user systems
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Manage Active Directory, user onboarding/offboarding, and SaaS platforms
- Work closely with Infrastructure teams to improve tooling and user experience
What they're looking for:
- 💻 1–4 years' experience in IT Operations / Desktop Support
- 🖥️ Strong Windows 10/11 and Linux support experience
- ⚙️ Active Directory, Entra ID & Microsoft 365 administration
- ✨ PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting skills with an automation-first mindset
