Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and maintaining server and virtualised infrastructure environments
- Monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and ensuring high availability
- Assisting with cloud platform operations, access management, and configuration
- Supporting incident resolution via the service desk, including user access and onboarding requests
- Contributing to backup, disaster recovery, and security-related processes
You'll work closely with senior technical specialists, gaining strong exposure to enterprise-level infrastructure.

What you'll Need
- Strong experience supporting Windows server environments
- Exposure to virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware or similar)
- Understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure concepts
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practice
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Linux environments would be beneficial but not essential
