IT Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst - 6 Months - Fully Remote

6-Month Contract
£300 per day
Fully Remote
Outside IR35

Our consultancy client is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support the delivery of multiple Microsoft technology projects.

This is a hands-on project support role, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, consistency and control to project delivery and ensuring activities are effectively coordinated, tracked and completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day delivery and coordination of multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, actions and key project documentation.
  • Track project actions and ensure owners follow through against agreed deadlines.
  • Support the management and tracking of project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project reporting and status updates.
  • Ensure appropriate project governance and controls are consistently followed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to keep activities progressing.
  • Maintain effective document control and ensure project information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support meetings, project updates and follow-up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and ways of working.

  • Experienced as a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst in Microsoft technology projects
  • Highly organised, methodical and process-driven.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experienced in maintaining project documentation, reporting and governance.
  • Confident coordinating stakeholders and supporting delivery teams.
  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Calm and effective when working under pressure.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a wider project team.
  • Focused on execution and high-quality project support rather than strategic leadership.
