About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Process Developer to join our forward-thinking team at Artis Recruitment. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely with only two days per week onsite at our Bristol offices. As part of an Agile delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives, enhancing business efficiency through automation, and developing scalable, intelligent business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying workflows and applications that improve operational effectiveness. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional to contribute to innovative projects within a collaborative environment, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- A solid understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft stack.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript and T-SQL to develop and optimise automation solutions.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies, contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Background in developing reports and management information systems, along with excellent documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business processes and workflows across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, following Agile methodologies.
- Enhance and optimise existing applications within Power Platform and Dynamics, ensuring optimal performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and develop custom apps within Power Apps to streamline operations.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all new and existing processes to maintain clarity and facilitate future updates.
- Develop and maintain reports and management dashboards within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to integrate processes across various systems and applications, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Provide technical support and guidance to business users and IT teams regarding Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and associated development tools.
- Manage and prioritise incoming requests efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders and clients.
