About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Process Developer to join our team at Artis Recruitment. This role is integral to our digital transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing business processes through the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will work within an Agile delivery environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients to design, develop, and implement scalable, intelligent workflows and automation solutions. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working remotely with only two days onsite per week, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in workflow automation, business process applications, and the Microsoft technology stack. You will be instrumental in optimizing existing applications, developing new automation solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. Your expertise will contribute to improving operational efficiency, security, and performance while adhering to best practices and standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and environments
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript and/or T-SQL for development and customization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business processes and workflows utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, following Agile practices
- Enhance and optimize existing applications to improve performance, security, and compliance with industry best practices
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, and develop custom apps within Power Apps to streamline operations
- Document all new and existing processes comprehensively to facilitate maintenance and knowledge sharing
- Create and maintain reports and management information dashboards across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and data across systems within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users and IT teams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related tools
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders
