About The Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Process Developer to join our team at Artis Recruitment. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely with only two days per week onsite at our central Bristol location. The successful candidate will become a vital part of an Agile delivery team focused on enhancing business efficiency through automation and digital transformation initiatives. The primary focus will be on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem to design, develop, and optimize scalable, intelligent business processes. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and clients, translating business needs into effective technological solutions. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a technically proficient individual to contribute to cutting-edge projects and drive meaningful improvements across the organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A strong understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft ecosystem is essential. Practical knowledge of JavaScript and/or T-SQL is required to develop and support automation solutions effectively. Candidates should possess a solid background in working within Agile environments, demonstrating adaptability and collaborative skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical capabilities is highly valued. Additionally, experience contributing to projects as an active team member is important to ensure seamless collaboration and successful delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business processes and workflows across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, adhering to Agile methodologies to ensure iterative improvements and timely delivery.
- Enhance and optimize existing applications within Power Platform and Dynamics, focusing on performance, security, and compliance with best practices to maximize operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and develop custom apps within Power Apps to streamline operations and improve user experience.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all new and existing processes to facilitate knowledge sharing, maintenance, and future enhancements.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and management information within Dynamics and Power Platform environments to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with wider IT teams and stakeholders to integrate processes across various systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users and IT teams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related development tools to foster self-sufficiency and continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues to meet business needs.
