About The Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Process Developer to join our dynamic team at Artis Recruitment. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and onsite presence in Central Bristol, requiring two days per week onsite to facilitate collaboration and team engagement. As an integral part of our Agile delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business efficiency through automation and digital transformation initiatives. The primary focus will be on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem, where you will design, develop, and implement scalable, intelligent business processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations, improve user experiences, and support our clients' strategic objectives. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A strong understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft ecosystem is essential. Practical knowledge of JavaScript and/or T-SQL is required to develop and optimize automation solutions. Candidates should have experience working in Agile environments, demonstrating adaptability and collaborative skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset coupled with strong analytical abilities is vital for success in this role. Additionally, prior experience contributing to team projects and managing multiple priorities effectively will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business processes and workflows across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, adhering to Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
- Enhance and optimise existing applications within Power Platform and Dynamics, ensuring they meet performance standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and develop custom apps within Power Apps to improve operational efficiency and user engagement.
- Document all new and existing processes thoroughly, maintaining high standards of clarity and accuracy to facilitate future maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain reports and management information dashboards within Dynamics and Power Platform environments to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to integrate processes across various systems and applications, with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users and IT teams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related development tools to ensure optimal utilization.
- Manage and prioritise incoming requests effectively, ensuring excellent service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
