About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Process Developer to join our forward-thinking team at Artis Recruitment. This hybrid role offers a flexible working arrangement, requiring only two days onsite per week. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing business efficiency through automation and process optimization within an Agile delivery framework. The role primarily focuses on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem to design, develop, and implement scalable, intelligent business processes. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and delivering innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript and/or T-SQL for customization and automation
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business processes and workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, adhering to Agile practices
- Enhance and optimise existing applications to improve performance, security, and compliance with best practices
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, and develop custom apps within Power Apps to streamline operations
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all new and existing processes to maintain clarity and facilitate future updates
- Develop and maintain reports and management information systems across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to integrate processes across various systems and applications within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Provide technical support and guidance to business users and IT teams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related development tools
- Manage and prioritise incoming requests efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders
