Senior Technology Procurement Lead – Integration & Transformation

Milton Keynes | Hybrid Working | £100,000–£110,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

This is a rare opportunity for an established Technology Procurement leader to join one of the UK's largest financial services organisations at the forefront of a major integration and transformation programme.

With approximately £750m of technology spend, this is a role of genuine scale. The successful candidate will lead complex, multi-category IT procurement activity across IT Services, Infrastructure and Customer Platforms, including major £20m+ individual transactions and programmes with total values exceeding £100m.

The role

  • Lead major Technology Procurement, integration and transformation activity across a £750m spend environment
  • Negotiate complex £20m+ technology deals across IT Services, Infrastructure, Software and Customer Platforms
  • Support the novation of agreements, transfer of assets and integration of major technology supplier relationships
  • Own significant commercial targets, initially delivering £2m–£2.5m annual savings, with considerably greater opportunity as integration progresses
  • Lead directly and indirectly across the wider procurement team, with scope to shape responsibilities and develop capability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What they're looking for

  • Significant senior-level IT / Technology Procurement experience within Financial Services
  • Broad technology category expertise rather than a narrow IT specialism
  • Experience delivering major technology transformation and complex commercial negotiations
  • M&A procurement experience is beneficial but not essential. Experience navigating complex legal entity changes, restructures, contract novations or similar environments is highly relevant
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability, with around two-thirds of the role centred around navigating senior relationships through integration
  • An established procurement leader comfortable operating autonomously and delivering at pace
