Join Verda while it’s still being built - not once it’s finished.
Why Verda
- Cash and equity compensation along with various fringe benefits (healthcare, wellbeing, and more).
- Profitable operations with rapid, sustained growth.
- 40+ nationalities, with 6 different ones on the management team.
- A real chance to make an impact and work alongside world class engineers, researchers, and partners across the global AI ecosystem.
About the role
As an IT Procurement Specialist you will support and develop the procurement of technology, software, hardware, and IT-related services across Verda. You'll work closely with IT, Security, Finance, People, and teams across the business to help ensure we have the right solutions in place, with the right commercial and operational arrangements behind them.
This is a hands-on and cross-functional role. You'll need to be comfortable managing the details of procurement processes while also understanding the broader business requirements behind them. As Verda continues to grow, there will be plenty of opportunity to improve how we approach IT procurement and vendor management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
