Interim IT Procurement Specialist / IT Buyer – Technology

Central London – 3 Days per Week
£500–£600 per day Inside IR35
3-Month Contract | Immediate / Quick Start

My client, a fast-paced Financial Services Technology organisation, is looking for an Interim IT Procurement Specialist / IT Buyer to join its Technology Procurement team on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some IT / Technology Procurement experience who is looking to broaden their category exposure and take ownership of procurement activity across a range of technology areas.

You do not need to be a highly experienced IT Category Manager — my client is open to someone at Buyer, Senior Buyer, Procurement Specialist or junior Category Manager level who has good commercial skills and is comfortable managing their own procurement activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
