Are you an experienced technology procurement professional looking to work on some of the UK's most critical and high-profile transformation programmes? We are seeking talented Procurement and Commercial professionals to support Central Government, Defence and National Security organisations in procuring innovative technology and digital solutions.
The Opportunity
You will lead and support complex technology procurement activities, develop commercial strategies, engage senior stakeholders and deliver procurement outcomes across major transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology procurement and sourcing activities.
- Develop procurement and commercial strategies for technology programmes.
- Manage competitive tender processes and supplier evaluations.
- Provide commercial expertise across cloud, cyber, data and AI procurements.
- Support governance, assurance and approval activities.
- Manage supplier relationships and maximise commercial value.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Government and Defence programmes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Technology procurement and strategic sourcing expertise.
- Commercial and supplier management experience.
- Knowledge of public sector governance and assurance processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within Central Government and/or Defence environments.
- Understanding of technology and digital services procurement.
