A quick look at the role.
As Product Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery and development of Biffa's Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This is a varied, hands-on role combining Agile delivery and Scrum leadership with structured project management, from leading sprint ceremonies and backlog delivery to managing platform upgrades, major enhancements, integrations and M&A-driven change. You'll be equally comfortable leading a stand-up, unblocking a delivery team and managing a complex project through to successful delivery.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day Agile delivery of the Product team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring effective sprint planning, execution and continuous improvement
- Own the Azure DevOps backlog and sprint boards, ensuring accurate work items, priorities and delivery data while tracking key sprint metrics and team performance
- Act as a leader, removing blockers, managing dependencies and coordinating internal teams, external resources and third-party delivery partners
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major platform changes, including upgrades, enhancements, integrations and migrations, alongside ongoing BAU/product delivery
- Apply strong project management discipline, maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, resource plans, budgets and governance reporting
- Coordinate key delivery activities including testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and post-implementation support
- Partner with Product Managers to shape and sequence roadmap priorities, balancing team capacity across BAU, enhancements and major projects
- Act as a key delivery contact for business and IT stakeholders, providing clear reporting, managing risks and expectations, and leading communications for major releases and changes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
