IT Project Manager

Tamworth (5 Days On-Site)

£47,000 - £52,000 + Benefits Package

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to play a key role in major business transformation projects, including ERP and Warehouse Management System implementations, while developing your career within a fast-paced and growing organisation?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business within a central PMO function, supporting a range of high-profile projects across IT, operations, logistics, supply chain, finance, HR, customer service, sales, and wider business transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for supporting project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, reporting, and delivery activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed objectives. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience supporting ERP or WMS projects would be highly advantageous.

This position offers the chance to contribute to business-critical programmes, develop your project management expertise, and work within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

  • Support the delivery of ERP, WMS, and business transformation projects
  • Produce and maintain project plans, reports, business cases, and project documentation
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate stakeholders, project teams, and external suppliers
  • Travel to company sites as required

The Person

  • Prince2 certified
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience producing project documentation and reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and project management software
  • Full UK Driving Licence
