IT Project Manager - Property Industry
Location: Leatherhead
About the Role
As an IT Project Manager in the property industry, based in Leatherhead, you'll oversee the delivery of technology initiatives that support business objectives. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Description
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects to agreed specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the business and technology teams.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Oversee vendor and third-party relationships related to project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Profile
A successful IT Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing IT projects within the property industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Understanding of technology systems and their applications in a business setting.

Job Offer
- Daily rate: £500 to £550 a day Inside IR35, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility.
- Hybrid working - 2 days a week in their Leatherhead office.
