Asset Management IT Project Manager
Here at Bristol Airport we have ambitious growth plans and with increased passenger numbers we need to ensure we're also increasing our standards and performance. As part of this, we're looking to bring in an Asset Management Platform to ensure the continued and improved management of our Assets. And we need a motivated IT Project Manager to join us on a 9 month fixed term basis to oversee and manage this crucial project.
If you're an IT Project Manager who thrives in exciting environments and wants to be a key contributor with tangible outputs, this could be the role for you.
The role will report into our IT Programme Manager and will work closely with stakeholders across the business particularly those in our IT and Asset Management Team. You'll be required on site at least 3 days out of 5 and will be employed for 9 months on a fixed term contract basis. The role closes Thursday 1st October 2026 and interviews will take place w/c 5th October 2026.

About You
To be right for this role you'll have previous experience of delivering end to end complex IT/system projects in a fast-paced environment. As well as experience overseeing the governance of projects and ensuring compliance with external and internal regulatory standards.
You may have worked on fixed term contracts before or, will be able to evidence how you can quickly come up to speed with a new business, stakeholders and internal processes and make an early impact.
You'll have professional project management qualifications or the equivalent work experience and importantly you'll be an excellent communicator, able to lead a diverse range of stakeholders and keep colleagues with multiple priorities motivated and on track to meet project deadlines.

You'll be excellent at managing budgets, responding to change and completing work to deadlines.
If you have experience implementing an Asset Management System this will be a bonus but by no means a requirement.
