IT Project Manager – ERP / Infor M3 / Business Change

3 days per week in office
Salary: £65,000 + 10% bonus

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a large organisation and deliver a range of technology and business change projects.

You will manage projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, go-live, hypercare, and transition into BAU.

The project portfolio will cover a broad range of technology initiatives, including ERP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and wider digital transformation.

Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, third-party suppliers, and implementation partners, you will ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, budget, timescales, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT and business change projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, and RAID logs.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders, Steering Groups, and Project Boards.
  • Manage software vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
  • Manage deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation hypercare.
  • Ensure effective transition into BAU support, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Support business readiness and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
