IT Project Manager – ERP / Infor M3 / Business Change
3 days per week in office
Salary: £65,000 + 10% bonus
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a large organisation and deliver a range of technology and business change projects.
You will manage projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, go-live, hypercare, and transition into BAU.
The project portfolio will cover a broad range of technology initiatives, including ERP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and wider digital transformation.
Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, third-party suppliers, and implementation partners, you will ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, budget, timescales, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT and business change projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, and RAID logs.
- Manage project scope, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders, Steering Groups, and Project Boards.
- Manage software vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Manage deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation hypercare.
- Ensure effective transition into BAU support, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Support business readiness and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

About You
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex technology and business change projects within medium to large organisations.
You will ideally have:
- Strong IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology or business systems projects.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Strong experience across project governance, planning, budgeting, and RAID management.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, software vendors, and implementation partners.
- Proven experience delivering projects through testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and BAU transition.
- Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.

ERP & Infor M3 Experience
ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation experience is highly desirable. Experience with Infor M3 would be advantageous, with Infor CloudSuite M3 implementation experience particularly relevant. Candidates with experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environments would also be of interest.
