Are you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to lead transformative change? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to drive the successful implementation of several key systems as part of our broader Transformation Programme. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of organisational change, enhancing scalability, efficiency, and agility across the business.
About Healix
At Healix, we're undergoing an exciting period of transformation, investing in technology and systems that will help us scale, improve efficiency and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.
We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Transformation team and lead the successful delivery of strategic technology projects, starting with the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
The Role
Reporting into the Transformation Programme, you'll lead end-to-end system implementation projects, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with senior leaders and the opportunity to present progress, risks and recommendations directly to the Executive Committee.
You'll play a critical role in delivering technology-enabled change that supports business growth, efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale system implementation projects, including the HRIS programme.
- Manage multiple project workstreams across the wider Transformation portfolio.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports and Statements of Work.
- Manage budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies and project risks.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts and third-party vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to governance groups and the Executive Committee.
- Manage the successful transition of projects into Business as Usual (BAU) operations.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes, tools and best practices.
About You
You'll be a proactive and collaborative project professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering business change through technology.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
