Chiswick, West London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Deliver enterprise technology transformation

We're partnering with a well-established UK organisation embarking on an ambitious digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of business-critical technology initiatives across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and operational technology.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic technology projects that support the organisation's long-term transformation goals.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering a broad portfolio of technology projects, including:

  • Enterprise ERP and business systems transformation
  • Infrastructure refresh and modernisation
  • Cybersecurity and compliance programmes
  • Data, AI and automation initiatives
  • M&A and technology integration projects
  • Operational technology and digital transformation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through to successful implementation
  • Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation
  • Managing project budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
  • Leading governance meetings and providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Managing third-party suppliers, system integrators and technology partners throughout project delivery
  • Working collaboratively across technical and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives

About You

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering enterprise technology projects within complex organisations.

You'll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering multiple concurrent IT projects
  • Experience working on enterprise ERP, business systems or wider digital transformation programmes
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, RAID management and executive reporting
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers, SaaS vendors and implementation partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong financial and project planning capability
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar project management tools

Desirable experience:

  • Transport, logistics or operational technology environments
  • Data platform, AI or automation programmes
  • ITSM platforms
  • Cybersecurity or compliance initiatives
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent certification
