IT Project Manager - Birmingham - £50,000
I'm currently working with a well-established organisation in the Midlands that is looking to appoint an IT Project Manager to support the delivery of ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation programmes, alongside a range of wider business transformation projects.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects from planning through to delivery while working closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, supply chain, logistics, finance, HR and sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of ERP and WMS implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and project documentation.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support testing, user training, and cutover activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Contribute to PMO governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years' project management experience.
- PRINCE2 Certification - Essential
- Previous experience delivering ERP and/or WMS projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience producing project plans, business cases, and status reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
- Experience managing project risks, budgets, and resources.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Desirable:
- Experience working across multi-site operations.
- Exposure to cross-functional business transformation projects.
Location: Midlands (5 days onsite)
Salary: Up to £50,000
