IT Project Manager | AI & Technology Transformation
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Outside IR35
Duration: Initial 12 month contract with strong likelihood of extension
I'm working with a leading international law firm looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a number of strategic technology initiatives, with a particular focus on AI adoption and business transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile programme delivering innovative technology projects across the firm, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technology and business change projects from initiation through to completion
- Manage project plans, governance, RAID logs and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Work closely with technical teams and business users to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and project reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle

Experience required
- Proven experience delivering IT projects as a Project Manager
- Previous experience working within a law firm or delivering AI focused technology projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex environments
- Excellent organisational and delivery skills

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, document management systems or wider digital transformation programmes would be beneficial but is not essential.
Contract details
- Outside IR35
- Initial 12 month contract with strong extension potential
- Hybrid working in London
