LSI are working with a specialist consultancy delivering technology and CRM transformation projects across the non-profit sector, who are looking for an IT CRM Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of CRM implementation and transformation projects from discovery through to successful delivery, working closely with clients, technical teams and consultants.
The role:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM and wider technology projects
- Own project plans, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and delivery teams
- Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
- Manage expectations and ensure projects remain on time and within budget
- Support clients through implementation, change and adoption
- Work closely with technical and functional consultants throughout delivery

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience managing CRM implementation or transformation projects
- Background delivering IT/software projects in a client-facing environment
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or similar

CRM technologies
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Consultancy experience is highly desirable
- Experience within the non-profit, charity, membership or association sector would be beneficial
