Deliver transformation. Drive technology. Lead projects to success

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and engage stakeholders to deliver solutions that support Cadent’s strategic objectives. From requirements workshops to testing and project closure, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence.

What you'll bring

You’re an experienced project leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (essential)

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven success in leading projects, managing budgets, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • Financial acumen and risk assessment expertise
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
