This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional to lead a range of IT and business change initiatives, working with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party suppliers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality, and governance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.

  • Previous experience managing IT or business change projects.
  • Strong project planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Experience working with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or similar is desirable.
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
