This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional to lead a range of IT and business change initiatives, working with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party suppliers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality, and governance standards.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.

- Previous experience managing IT or business change projects.
- Strong project planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Experience working with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or similar is desirable.
- A collaborative team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
