Job Description

Please note that all applicants must currently be residing in the UK and be eligible for, or already hold, UKSV Security Clearance (SC) to be considered for this role.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Digital Services team and coordinate the delivery of internal technology, infrastructure, security, and business change initiatives across our organisation.

This is an internal project delivery role and not a client-facing consultancy position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project delivery, schedules, risks, governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting across a varied portfolio of technology initiatives.

Acting as a key support to senior management, you will help coordinate priorities, maintain delivery oversight, and ensure projects, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives remain on track.

Working closely with technical specialists, operational teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in the continual development and improvement of our secure Microsoft-based digital environment. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder engagement across a varied portfolio of technology initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
