Project Manager - Lease Finance IT Services
As Project Manager - Lease Finance IT Services, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless provision of technology solutions that underpin the subsidiary's leasing operations. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with both business stakeholders and IT teams to translate complex business needs into practical IT requirements.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in managing complex transformation initiatives within lending or lease finance sectors.
- Deep understanding of leasing products alongside practical skills in process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across functions—working closely with analysts, developers, vendors—and presenting confidently at senior stakeholder forums.
- Interpersonal strengths to build dependable relationships while navigating multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency in core leasing platforms such as ALFA (or similar), plus tools like JIRA and Confluence, will be advantageous.
- Approach reflecting empathy towards customer needs combined with sensitivity towards diverse perspectives.
- Strategic thinking around risk management paired with trustworthy conduct to contribute meaningfully within global product teams focused on delivering sustainable outcomes.

Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing transformation and change programmes within Lending or Lease Finance environments, particularly involving process automation or APIs.
- Proven knowledge of Leasing products coupled with hands-on involvement in business requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Business/Functional Analysts, developers, vendors, and IT partners to demonstrate business impact of system changes.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience in project management or information technology disciplines.
- Experience conducting workshops with senior stakeholders; adept at presenting implications or risks at Working Groups and Steering Committees.
- Strong relationship-building skills complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Specialist technical skills including familiarity with ALFA or other core Leasing platforms; proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated customer focus through empathetic engagement with stakeholders; committed to driving positive change while embracing diversity within teams.
- Sound judgement in risk management scenarios; capable of providing strategic input that supports enterprise leadership objectives.
- Trustworthy approach underpinned by integrity; able to operate effectively within cross-functional global product teams.
