IT Project Manager – Office Moves & Relocation
£650–£750 per day | Inside IR35 | London | 3 days per week
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead office moves, relocations and associated technology programmes across a complex enterprise environment.
You’ll take ownership of the technology delivery across office moves, coordinating technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure sites are successfully transitioned with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end office move, relocation and technology projects.
- Manage the IT delivery across office moves, including networking, infrastructure, telephony, AV, end-user technology and connectivity.
- Own project plans, RAID, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate internal technology teams, suppliers and third parties.
- Work closely with Workplace, Facilities, Property and business stakeholders.
- Manage technology cutover, migration and transition activities.
- Ensure technology is fully operational and tested ahead of site moves.
- Provide clear reporting and governance to senior stakeholders.

- Proven experience delivering office moves, relocations or workplace technology projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and workplace technology.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and suppliers.
- Strong stakeholder management across IT and business teams.
- Experience managing complex technology projects within enterprise environments.
- Strong project planning, governance, RAID and risk management skills.
