Soft skills/Character

We are looking for a TRANSACTIONAL PM who can deal with - Landing Page/CAFM/CAM API Integration & Digital Surveys

  • We need self-starters and problem solvers - they will inherit a Detailed Plan, possibly even baselined by their arrival, but this will not be a risk-free route map to go live.
  • We need PMs who can build a working relationship quickly, especially with each other - whilst their workload will be split across the platform we deliver, they cannot work in isolation.
  • We want confident and charismatic PMs - there will be much exposure to our own seniors, the client and 3-5 supplier Project Management teams; we need them to be capable of taking the lead, by example, using personality and relationship building to navigate the difficulties.
  • We need PMs who UNDERSTAND collaboration, can articulate what it means and how it works in a delivery context and be capable of giving strong examples of where they have lived this principle in their projects - the client is setting much store by this concept and will expect all resources who work cross-organisation to make it work; this is particularly hard for PMs with their own plans/milestones to deliver that may be impacted by the struggles of other parties.
  • We need enthusiasm and drive - PMs are team captains, needing to keep teams' morale up in testing circumstances and gain respect and support from these pressured resources.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
