IT Project Manager (Software)

Remote-first, once a week in the office | South West London / Surrey border
Up to £45,000 + 10% discretionary bonus

We’re looking for a IT Project Manager to join a growing technology team and take ownership of delivering a range of IT, software and SaaS-related projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for an IT Project Manager, Junior Project Manager or Senior IT Project Coordinator with 1–2+ years’ experience managing or coordinating technology projects, particularly within a SaaS or software environment, who is ready to develop their career and take on greater responsibility.

The role will suit someone who is comfortable working directly with clients, coordinating technical teams and managing stakeholder expectations, with exposure to project budgets in the region of £250k–£500k.

The Role

You’ll work closely with technical teams, clients, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. Strong client-facing skills will be important, as you’ll be responsible for maintaining clear communication, providing regular project updates and helping ensure successful project outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
