Job Title

Every Aston Martin starts with exceptional engineering. Increasingly, it also starts with exceptional software.

From vehicle architecture and software repositories to lifecycle management and deployment platforms, technology is becoming fundamental to how we design, build and evolve our vehicles. We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead some of the most important digital transformation initiatives supporting that journey.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering the software platforms and capabilities that will underpin the next generation of Aston Martin vehicles. Working at the intersection of technology, engineering and business transformation, you'll lead complex programmes that help shape how software is developed, managed, deployed and maintained across our evolving vehicle ecosystem.

You'll be joining Aston Martin at an exciting point in our transformation. As vehicles become increasingly connected, intelligent and software-driven, the platforms that support them become just as important as the engineering excellence they enable. Your role will be to bring together teams, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure critical programmes are delivered successfully, creating technology foundations that will support our vehicles for years to come.

Working closely with colleagues across IT, Software & Electronics Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and Vehicle Programmes, you'll provide the structure, leadership and momentum needed to turn ambitious plans into reality. Whether you're managing delivery roadmaps, coordinating implementation partners, navigating technical dependencies or ensuring business readiness, you'll be at the centre of some of our most strategically important initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
