IT Project Manager (Technology / Transformation and Change)

Salary circa £65,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package
Hybrid circa 2 days in the office / 3 days remote

As they continue to invest heavily on technology transformation and modernisation, we’re now looking for a PM / Senior Project Manager that has worked on enterprise-wide project delivery.

Role:

Suited to an experienced Project Manager that has worked across technology innovation and business transformation, this isn’t focused on infrastructure, instead, the key focus will be working and leveraging delivery teams across several exciting new initiatives across business-led IT transformational projects.

Well suited to PM’s that enjoy delivery. Understand the importance of governance but aren’t over-governed or secretly enjoyed being buried in process.

ERP experience, or experience working on IT-led supply chain, customer projects would be of interest.

Key areas of the role:

  • Reporting directly into the group head of Programme delivery, this role will oversee the successful delivery, throughout the entire project lifecycle (From RFI/RFP stage)
  • Identifying, raising and managing key project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Liaising with exec-level stakeholders, up to CEO/MD level (of an enterprise multi-billion £ brand)
  • Creating, maintaining and updating project plans – as well as full budget project budget responsibility (you will be managing budgets for projects in the £2m range)
  • Working multi-methodology and ensuring a delivery first mindset

Experience required:

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering across the full project lifecycle of IT (non-infra), Technology, or ERP/CRM style projects
  • First class stakeholder management experience
