🕐 Shift: Full Night Shift (US Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Nagercoil.
Job Description
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing qualified IT professionals, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with clients and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Manage multiple requirements and recruitment activities simultaneously
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work full night shift / PO shift
