Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Remote + 1 day per month in Bromley)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a driven Delivery-focussed Recruiter to join our close-knit & competitive team.
You’ll be stepping into a hot-desk role where you can make an immediate impact, working on live vacancies from day one. While experience in government, defence, or security-cleared technology experience is a big plus, we’re open to those with a strong background in tech recruitment who’s eager to grow & succeed.
This is a delivery-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong candidate relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and interview processes for SC and DV cleared roles
- Building and engaging with a network of high-quality, security-cleared professionals
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, offering market insight and guidance
- Representing the team with confidence, professionalism, and a competitive edge
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards
About You
- Experience working within agency recruitment, ideally within government, defence, or technology
- A proven track record of successful placements and strong billing performance
- Experience with SC/DV cleared candidates is a bonus
- A natural communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setup
