Location: Fully Remote (you must be based within the UK) Salary: up to £35,000 + commission Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon–Thurs: 8:45am–6pm, Fri: 8:45am–5pm)
TSR Select is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to a proven 360 recruiter who can deliver consistent results in the cloud, cybersecurity and managed services markets. This is to set up a new desk and you will need to show previous Business Development experience that you have used to create your own new roles and opportunities on a consistent basis.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement through to candidate placement and aftercare. The role carries a clear expectation of generating a minimum of £15,000 in monthly revenue through a consultative, ethical and relationship-led approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and exceed monthly revenue targets through successful permanent placements.
- Develop new business within the cloud, cybersecurity and MSP sectors.
- Build and manage targeted client pipelines using CRM and data platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, client management and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and structured workflow management.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to overall business growth.

About You:
- Must have 360 recruitment experience.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Proven track record in permanent recruitment within the United Kingdom.
- At least 2 years’ experience within the recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience recruiting within IT, cloud, cybersecurity or managed services.
- Strong business development capability and commercial awareness.
- Highly organised, self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
- Previous experience of working remotely, with the discipline to manage your own workload.

Method Of Working:
This is a fully remote role. You must have a professional home workspace suitable for uninterrupted virtual meetings and confidential conversations. Flexibility is required to engage candidates outside standard hours when necessary.
