Recruitment Resourcer – IT & Digital Recruitment
Location: Birmingham (Office Based – 5 Days)

Help shape the UK's Technology talent market.
At Chapman Tate Associates, we specialise in recruiting some of the most sought-after professionals across the IT and Digital landscape. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our specialist team.
This isn't simply about finding CVs—it's about becoming an expert in technology markets, understanding emerging skills, and building relationships with the professionals shaping the future of UK businesses.
You'll work across exciting areas including:
- ERP & Business Applications
- Software Development
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Cyber Security
- Data & AI
- Digital Transformation
- Business Change & Project Delivery
Working alongside experienced recruiters, you'll learn how to identify niche talent, map competitive markets and engage with senior technology professionals ranging from Developers and Architects through to CIOs and Technology Directors.
What you'll be doing:
- Market mapping specialist IT and Digital sectors to identify key talent and target organisations.
- Building talent pipelines within highly sought-after technology skill sets.
- Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms and leading recruitment technology.
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews to understand technical skills, motivations and career aspirations.
- Building trusted relationships with IT professionals and technology leaders.
- Supporting live recruitment campaigns for some of the UK's leading technology employers.
- Producing market intelligence to help clients make informed hiring decisions.
- Developing expertise within your chosen technology niche.

What we're looking for:
- An ambitious and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Naturally articulate and confident speaking with both candidates and clients.
- An interest in technology, digital innovation and emerging markets.
- Curious, commercially aware and eager to learn.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Someone who enjoys networking, researching and building long-term relationships.
Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential. If you've worked in sales, customer service, business development or have a genuine interest in technology, we'd love to hear from you.
