About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Sales Executive to join a growing business within the technology sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already understands the IT channel or distribution environment and is ready to take the next step into a sales-focused role.
You don’t necessarily need to come from a direct sales background. What matters is that you’re commercially minded, confident building relationships and excited by the opportunity to develop your career within technology sales.
You’ll receive plenty of hands-on support and training while building relationships with partners, generating new opportunities and developing your knowledge of channel sales.
About The Candidate
You’ll be a self-motivated and proactive individual who is comfortable taking the initiative and creating new opportunities. You’ll have a genuine interest in technology, along with the confidence to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience within IT distribution, the technology channel or a similar environment and be looking to take the next step into a sales-focused position. You’ll be commercially minded, organised and comfortable working towards targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You’ll also be confident using CRM systems and other sales or business tools to manage opportunities and keep track of your pipeline. Previous sales experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential, as training and support will be provided.
