About the Company
Finvora Group LTD is an IT consulting company providing services such as software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital transformation, IT infrastructure, and technology consulting.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support our business development and lead-generation activities in the UK market.
Role Overview
The Sales Intern will assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, contacting prospects, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales activities.
This role is suitable for students, recent graduates, or early-career candidates interested in B2B sales, business development, technology, or IT consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Research
- Research potential clients across the UK.
- Identify companies that may require IT consulting or technology services.
- Find relevant decision-makers such as IT Directors, CTOs, Founders, Operations Managers, and Procurement Managers.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists.
- Research industries, competitors, and market trends.
Sales Outreach
- Contact potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and telephone.
- Introduce the company’s services in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare personalised outreach messages.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budgets, timelines, and decision-making process.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for senior sales team members.
Sales and Proposal Support
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, quotations, and service documents.
- Research clients before sales meetings.
- Take meeting notes and record agreed actions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather information for proposals.
- Assist with follow-ups after meetings and proposal submissions.

CRM and Reporting
- Enter and update lead and client information in the CRM system.
- Record calls, emails, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Track opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports.
- Ensure sales records are accurate and up to date.
Marketing and Networking
- Support email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Identify business events, exhibitions, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through events and marketing campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead-generation activities.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, technology, and business development.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating through email, LinkedIn, phone, and video calls.
- Good research, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about IT services and consultative selling.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, recruitment, or technology.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of the UK business environment.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, or appointment setting.
