Information Security Compliance Lead
CRG Recruitment are currently working with one of our clients to recruit a Information Security Compliance Lead. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the organisation’s information security compliance framework. This includes Cyber Essentials Plus, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), and other applicable contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
Role Responsibilities
Within the role you will:
- Ensure that compliance activities are embedded, measured, and evidenced across the organisation.
- Escalate and manage risks through appropriate governance channels.

- Leading compliance assurance, audit preparation, and regulatory reporting activities.
- Ensuring that obligations are met and evidence is available for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills Required
Essential
- Previous experience in an information security compliance or assurance role within a large or regulated organisation.
- Experience delivering compliance with NHS DSPT and Cyber Essentials Plus.
- Exposure to NIST CSF adoption, assessment, or alignment activities.
- Proven record of conducting information security risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Experience authoring or maintaining security policies, standards, and training content.
Desirable
- Direct experience engaging with regulators or certification bodies during audits or assessments.
- Proven involvement in supplier assurance reviews or contract compliance assessments.
- Practical experience embedding compliance requirements into business projects or change programmes.
- Previous employment in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance, or government.

Role Details
- This role is fully remote with some UK travel required.
Compensation
My client are offering a salary of up to £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience for this position.
