What you will be doing

At Ricoh, we’re looking for an IT Security Compliance & Reporting Analyst to help strengthen the security, governance and resilience of our European IT environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of IT security, compliance, risk and data. You’ll play a key role in turning security requirements and frameworks into practical controls, meaningful reporting and actionable insight that helps our technology teams and leadership make better security decisions.

Working across infrastructure, cloud, identity and operational IT teams, you’ll help us understand where we are performing well, where risks exist and where we need to improve. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence how we mature our security governance and compliance approach across Europe.

If you’re analytical, naturally curious and enjoy working with stakeholders to turn complex security requirements into clear, practical actions, we’d love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
