Remote Working
Technology is central to how we operate, innovate and grow. As our IT Security & Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us protect our systems, strengthen our cyber security capability, and unlock the power of data to support smarter business decisions across the organisation. Based remotely, this is an exciting opportunity to combine security, analytics and emerging technology in a role that offers variety, ownership and genuine development potential.
The Role
This is a broad and evolving position that offers a great mix of IT security, data engineering and business intelligence. You'll support the security and integrity of our technology estate by monitoring risks, assisting with incident response, supporting compliance activities and helping colleagues adopt best practice.
Alongside security responsibilities, you'll contribute to the development of data pipelines, reporting environments and automated workflows that improve the way information is collected, managed and used. Working closely with operational teams, technology partners and stakeholders across the business, you'll help transform data into meaningful insight that drives better decision-making and supports future AI-enabled capabilities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical and eager to learn. You may already have experience within IT security, data analysis, business intelligence or a related technology discipline and be ready to take the next step in your career.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
